Private ROBERT 'Bob' KINSLEY's mother, a widow, lived in Kennington, London.


He is known to be buried near the spot of his present day headstone, and has therefore been given a special memorial headstone alongside his fallen comrades who are also known to be buried nearby.


All were killed when their Dakota C-47 aircraft, hit by anit-aircraft fire, crashed before the men onboard were able to jump out of the aircraft.
